Great location, modern rooms, good facilities. Excellent weights room, with good selection of equipment.Not a true 5 star hotel in the traditional sense of London 5 star. However still represents excellent value. The staff are all excellent and very happy to assist with anything.Rooftop bar has great views. Although I was surprised to learn that they only did Margarita’s at lunch so opted for a martini instead…..

Hotel was lovely and staff all friendly and happy to help. Only thing we found frustrating was we wasn’t told we had to pre book the spa before booking, so was unable to use in our stay because of this.

The staff here are absolutely amazing. Everyone we dealt with was genuinely kind and helpful. In particular, Daniel on the concierge desk worked with the theatre tickets we had and found a tour and a restaurant in the same area to create a celebratory event.
