Excellent location - walking distance from almost everything we wanted to see. But… Very unfriendly staff - our room didn’t have any wifi access for the first day/night and they pretty much said it wasn’t their problem and could do nothing about it because they were fully booked. Plus the Porte Del Sol (where the hotel is located), is undergoing renovation, so it’s currently very noisy with drilling and construction noise.

The hotel was nice we had to have 2 rooms for 3 people. Unfortunately the air conditioner did not work well in 1 room and we informed the hotel who did not address the problem. Also the piazza outside the hotel was under construction which should have been noted in their site.

The area around the hotel was fantastic but i was surprised to see no coffee maker in the room maybe i picked the wrong room but to my understanding most hotel do come with a coffee machines

The hotel is excellently located. The staff is courteous, competent and very helpful. The rooms are comfortable, well lighted and the air condition is excellent. We recommend this hotel highly without any reservation.
