Modern European designquiet and away from the hustle and bustle of Amsterdam The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly Metro and bus stops on the corner Would definitely recommend this hotel

It was a nice hotel, very clean and easy to go to from every site you want to visit. Everyone was nice and helpful, except for one lady who refuse to help us. I understand that is a “self service hotel” and they take orders only through the app, but is it so difficult to understand that some people don’t like to use the technology or sometimes, they don’t know how to use it? Is it to much to ask to take the order 10 steps farther from you? I don’t think so. The lady was rude and she gave us what we wanted with a warning: she would never do that again. Pitifully, because of this bad behavior from that person I had to give this hotel a bad review. Otherwise, if you know and like to use technology, the hotel is ok and you won’t be mistreated as we were

Self-checkin machine didn't work. Self checkout took a very long time but it worked. There was a bad smell in the room upon checkin.
